Type “H” Back Pressure Valves (HBPV) Thread Ring and Plug Gauge

Cameron Style Type “H” Back Pressure Valves are used to hold well pressure when any surface flow control device maintenance is necessary. They are specifically used when the wellhead or Christmas tree is installed and the blowout preventer is removed. These valves are designed to allow the flow of liquids downhole into the tubing while preventing any from returning back to surface.
