ISO Metric Thread Ring Gauges Size from M135x2 to M180x2
All these ISO metric thread gauges are made according to standard ISO1502 and ASME B1.16 .
Material：Gcr15, The measuring surface hardness is 53-60HRC, and the hardness of ≤M3 is 53-60HRC.
All gages are brand new;
The standard recommends common fits 6H/6h and 6H/6g; The G tolerance zone can be used for threads before plating. if no special note, ring gage 6g, plug gage 6H will be choose.
Gages Features:
1) Metric thread working plug gauge inspection environment: standard temperature 20°C ± 1°C, standard condition measurement force is zero.
2). Metric thread working plug gauge inspection method: Use the “three-needle method” with a Length measuring instrument to measure a single pitch diameter. Use a tool microscope to measure thread pitch, half angle, minor diameter, and clearance groove.
3）Ring gages are solid; Plug gauges are Taperlock double ends with one handle. our solid ring gages can be used directly, no need setting plug gages to test them in advance. The advantage of Taper-lock style is when one end worn out, one new end can be replaced quickly and easily. The handle and end in good condition can be used again.
