Application of Unified Thread Working Plug Gauge: Comprehensive inspection of unified internal threads specified in ANSI B1.1-1982 and FED-STD-H28, H28/3 (1978)
ANSI unified thread working plug gauge inspection environment: standard temperature 20°C ± 1°C, standard condition measurement force is zero.
Unified Thread Working Plug Gauge Inspection Method: The length measuring instrument uses the “three-needle method” to detect a single mean diameter. The universal tool microscope can detect pitch, half angle, minor diameter, and clearance groove.
