FYOU PMEC provides API 8 Round Casing working (STC & LTC) and reference master gages per API Specification 5B for sizes from 4-1/2 to 20 inches in diameter. All working gages are manufactured and certified using a certified API reference master gage as required by the standard.

Long casing, also known as LCSG, is a kind of pipe that lines the walls of a well that has been drilled. It has an 8 round thread with a coupling, which needs special thread plug and ring gages to check the thread quality and size.
These gages follow the API Spec 5B, which sets the standards for thread inspection and gauging for casings and tubings. The gages used for long casing are thread plug and ring gages.
The thread plug gage measures the internal thread of the casing. The thread ring gage measures the outside thread of the coupling. These gages vary in size, pitch, taper, and angle depending on the casing diameter.
